Police interpreting false documents for own car

AN interpreter who works for the police appeared before the Tribunal, after he has forged certificates and documents for his car.

Guildford Crown Court has been informed that vehicle Oscar Thompson could not formally pass a Word as he had done his own repairs on it.

Home of 50 years in the Green, Elstead, who searched for Farnham, police officers discovered a bunch of fake documents.

He pleaded guilty to four counts of possession of false documents, including disks tax, MOT test certificates and permits of driving, and driving a vehicle without insurance or a Word.

The Court heard that Thompson is a performer in police stations could now face jail after judge Christopher Critchlow said that the offences crossed the threshold of custody.

The judge also reported to the seriousness of a man for having committed crimes while he was working for the police.

He said: "he worked for the police, and existed with these documents."

"It seems quite serious .c ' is a matter of considerable concern."

The Court heard that offences started after Thompson lays his car to save money, which means that it could not move a word or be adequately insured itself.

Defence counsel Nicola Merrick said: "he bought a car with his partner .Lorsqu ' they have bought, he had a certificate of insurance with a Word."

"We then broken and when he brought it to the garage, the cost implications were that the vehicle was worth, so he began fixing the car itself."

"He has continued to use the vehicle and have not received the legal documents of these illegal repairs."

Thompson was arrested by the police on 20 September 2009 and was said to produce documents at a police station.

The Court heard form 1 HORT that he has given by officials stated that he had to have their documents checked, but it changed that they were only to be inspected.

He was arrested by the police on September 29th this year and required to attend at a police once more.

But this time the Court said agents more carefully inspected Thompson papers and found they were forged.

Police searched his property and found a quantity of MOT certificates, tax discs and HORT 1 forms.

However, Mrs. Merrick says: "significant aspect is that all it tries to modify the documents for the particular vehicle."

"There is no commercial aspect to this of the tout.Les four or five documents are not white, they are specific copies of his vehicle."

"I said"why you copy si often?"and he said he wanted to do right."

She added: "even if it is clearly serious questions, there is no commercial aspect that him all he tried to simply avoid the word legally."

Thompson will be sentenced on 12 November.
